Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 4, 2025

1. Overview

AutoFire, a product offering of Intuico Digital, is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows independent car dealerships to create and manage professional dealership websites, vehicle listings, and lead forms — without needing technical expertise.

2. Dealership Websites

AutoFire provides dealerships with branded websites accessible via custom subdomains (e.g., dealership-name.goautofire.com). Regarding these websites:

  • Website subdomains, once created, cannot be changed
  • AutoFire provides the platform and technology, while dealerships provide the content
  • Dealerships are responsible for all content they upload or provide for their website
  • End users interacting with these websites should be aware that they are ultimately interacting with the dealership, with AutoFire serving as the technology provider

Notice to General Public: If you are visiting a dealership website hosted on our platform, please be aware that:

  • AutoFire is solely a technology provider and is not involved in the sale of vehicles
  • We do not verify, authenticate or guarantee any content provided by dealerships
  • All transactions and communications are solely between you and the dealership
  • We make no representations about the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any vehicle or service
  • AutoFire is not a party to any transaction or agreement between you and a dealership

3. Eligibility

To use AutoFire, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Use the Services on behalf of a legally registered dealership or business
  • Agree to these Terms on behalf of your business

Our services are not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete that information promptly.

4. Account Registration

When you create an account with AutoFire, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be fully responsible for activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security risks.

5. Service Access

AutoFire is currently available at no cost to qualified dealerships. We reserve the right to modify or terminate service access at any time.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of AutoFire, you agree:

  • To use the Services only for lawful purposes
  • To ensure that your content (including vehicle listings, images, and descriptions) complies with applicable laws and advertising standards
  • Not to upload any illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful material
  • Not to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services
  • To take full responsibility for the accuracy and truthfulness of all content you upload
  • To comply with all applicable laws regarding vehicle sales, advertising, and consumer protection
  • To maintain appropriate business licenses and permits required for your dealership operations

AutoFire is not responsible for a dealership's business success, sales performance, customer service quality, or compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The platform is a tool that dealerships may use, but the dealership remains solely responsible for its business operations and outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

AutoFire retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all software, code, design, and trademarks.

You retain ownership of all dealership content you upload (e.g., vehicle listings, photos, logos).

By uploading content to dealership websites, you:

  • Warrant that you have the legal right to use and display such content
  • Grant AutoFire a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting your dealership website
  • Accept full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all uploaded content
  • Acknowledge that AutoFire is not obligated to review or monitor content for legality or appropriateness

8. Payment and Billing

AutoFire is currently offered at no cost. We may introduce paid plans in the future, and if we do:

  • Subscription fees will be clearly disclosed
  • Third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) will be used
  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated

We will provide advance notice of any changes to our pricing structure.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Services will end
  • Your dealership website and content may be deleted
  • We are not liable for any loss of data post-termination

AutoFire reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violation of these Terms or legal concerns.

10. Data Handling & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use personal information. By using AutoFire, you consent to our data practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We use third-party providers including:

  • Supabase (database, authentication, storage)
  • Vercel (hosting)

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

AutoFire is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • That the Services will meet your specific requirements
  • That content displayed via the platform is accurate or complete

You use AutoFire at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoFire and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Data loss, service interruptions, or loss of revenue
  • Any content uploaded, published, or otherwise made available by dealerships through the Services
  • Any inaccurate, misleading, or illegal information displayed on dealership websites
  • Any transactions or interactions between end users and dealerships
  • The business success or failure of dealerships using the platform
  • Any vehicles sold or services provided by dealerships to end users
  • Any disputes arising between dealerships and end users
  • Compliance with local, state, or federal laws related to vehicle sales or advertising

Dealerships are fully responsible for their content and communications with customers. AutoFire serves solely as a technology provider and is not involved in vehicle sales or dealership operations.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim (if any).

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here and noted by the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
